To carry out our mobile valeting and detailing services, access to a suitable water supply and electrical power source is required at the service location. Customers are responsible for ensuring these utilities are available and accessible on the day of the appointment.
If water or electricity is unavailable, please notify us in advance so alternative arrangements can be discussed. Failure to provide access may result in the appointment being postponed or cancelled.
Vehicle condition, size, and level of soiling may affect service duration and final pricing. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mould, or other conditions requiring extra time and treatment.
